We use your information only to:
• Respond to your inquiry and answer your questions
• Prepare and send you an estimate or proposal
• Schedule and perform the work you request
• Follow up with you about your project and our services

How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate our business and communicate with you — for example, Google (advertising and lead forms), our website host (Wix), and email or scheduling tools. These providers may use your information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data Retention and Security
We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to you, perform the work, and keep normal business records. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Your Choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to delete the information you have shared, at any time. Just email us at info@tiledecisionco.com.
